Back from physio. Got neck and few ribs cracked to see if that helps release some tension on the neck.

Good Morning. Hopefully I will make it through today without meds. Tomorrow can't come quickly enough, hopefully physio can do some magic on my neck to unblock the nerve.

made a proposal to work. They want to get rid of me.. they can start looking at my "demands". I think the demands are reasonable.. now wait and see what they think. If they disagree.. then I stay here

Nothing good about this morning. Good mornings are when I don't have to travel to work. And those I'm not woken up

a headache and killing pain in arm. Pity I can't go home because I have a meeting with manager. Will discuss on what is advisable. Me here at work with heavy painkillers isn't a good thing either
