Why on earth I have my laptop on for... I'm sitting here knitting and playing a simple game on my iPhone.. I think I'll switch it off and turn it back on later maybe.. have a fun day all..

The taped shoulder seemed to work but I seemed to have forgotten the most important thing.. I'm pretty highly allergic to most adhesives that are used on tape and bandages.

How it will be.. sleeping while neck and shoulders are taped up.. We'll see in a few minutes..

Both shoulders are now taped up. Appointment with other physiotherapist (not the one that started the treatment). Not a hard choice to make.. cute girl vs old ugly guy
