I guess the vaccines are about to get a real test.. The US - Canada border is opening soon to fully vaccinated people. Of course there will be some getting in not vaccinated so let's hope everything works. I do not want to see another wave of covid.

Logged on an it appears I have been on Plurk for 13 years.. Hardly seems that long.. That's when I moved in to my place. Time flies.. 😃

July 1 I get my second covid shot. So another month before I will feel more comfortable around other people. Will be nice to get out of the house more. After a year and a half it's going to feel weird for awhile. 🤪🙃😄

They announced today they are starting send booking emails for second dose. May get mine in next 10 days. 😃

Good news.. Covid restrictions lifted somewhat today with a plan to open up slowly in stages based on number of vaccinations and cases. July 1 is what they are shooting for to open up for larger groups. Hope to have my 2nd shot late June. 😃

We are told our Island lockdown may loosen up in about 10 days if cases remain low and more get vaccination. Not that I am going anywhere. Would be nice to see some businesses open again before they go under completely. Would be nice to have a drink on a patio somewhere also. Supposed to get my 2nd dose in early July instead of August which would also help.

Good news I hope. Vaccine shipments are starting to speed up.. May be able to get second dose in July.. I think it's due mainly vaccinations have slowed down in the USA. A million a day less.. If Canada had a million a day doses we could be all done by July.
