DS interrupted my workflow earlier today wanting to play games. Now my brain wants to go have a nap instead of getting back to work. Opps! Still, I did manage to glue butt to chair for an hour of writing.

Always feel so keyed up and motivated after attending an author talk. This time it was Michael Robotham who had lots of wonderful stories to tell about his experiences as a writer.

Have fallen into the black hole that is the internet. Must reverse gravity to actually get some work done before the writer talk I'm attending tonight.

So, got a long list of NaNo-prep to do, but my head's going, "More sleep you want, yes, sleep!" Must resist call of cozy bed.

sighs I swear I have a leftover pile of last year's NaNo stickers somewhere. Can't find them despite doing a massive tidy of the space I thought it might be buried in. #NaNoMLdrama

WTF! I spent hours yesterday posting several events listings on the Write Along The Highway | National Novel Writing Month – Au... website and today they are GONE! Best guess is that Bluehost did a reset without telling anyone.

Now has an October for her calendar. Somehow managed to have a calendar that didn't have the month of October in it.

sighs Dog woke me up for no reason this morning and now I can't get back to sleep. 4 hours after a rough night is not enough zzz's.

For some reason Microsoft Word has changed all of my documents to default orange page background and orange text. What's up with that and how to I fix it?

Somehow managed to leave my purse at home today. Hopefully I won't need it and thankfully keep cash in hidden places in my handbag for emergencies.
