Just finished up an hour of spinning on the trainer, staring out the window and watching it snow Ended doing a nice set of stretches ahh

Dragging myself to do spinning for an hour or so since the snow seems to be eliminating most of my training options. grrrrrr...

Getting ready to head out in the snow to do some shopping! No long group run today Planning on doing some spinning and DDR tonight.

An hour of spinning on the bike trainer felt awesome. Just picked up some more Accelerade for my training.

Skipping the gym and running today so I can catch the early train home. Maybe I'll do some spinning tonight instead after we watch a movie!

Whew! Made it to the train station after an icy drive in! Wheeee!

A day late, but it actually snowed! Of course, I have a board meeting today so I can't WFH. Booo!

Swimming tonight but tried to focus mostly on form. Wasn't my most impressive workout, but it was a workout nonetheless!
