Just finished eating dim sum for lunch with friends and family. Now getting Beard Papas! Yum! Long line...

Did a 10.5 mile run today with my running group and felt great once I got past mile 4 or so! Ahhh, I love running in the crisp air.

Just finished up my standard bowl of oatmeal this morning. Trying to get jazzed up about doing a long run in the rain Not working so far!

Finished up the night playing Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party and LittleBigPlanet with the family Group run tomorrow morning.

Ended up doing just under an hour of spinning instead of swimming. Felt good!
