花了三四年時間
把自己弄得日出而作 日入面息
同時把腦袋弄的迷迷糊糊、生產力低下
還要精神萎靡加內耗

一個連假就打回原形
早上睡夠之後 他媽腦袋輕鬆多了 比較能拿筆了
