If you have an iPhone, two SM aggregator apps to check out are Pingle and PixelPipe. Pingle is a Ping.fm client. PixelPipe aggregates pics.

Just an FYI, my least favorite thing to do, is setting up social media accounts... Especially those that aggregate. It's very tedious.

I'm setting up Pixelpipe.com to make my life easier. (Per chrispirillo's suggestion.) There's also an iPhone app. It cross-posts photos.

I am hungry again... I wish that Ping.fm was faster in Safari. One of the few times when using my netbook is quicker. Time to use an app.
