I allow my kids to have a "rest day" during the week to avoid burnout. Many won't agree with me on this but this works.

Every time may chance akong iremind mga anak kong babae na wag magjojowa ng musikero, I take it. I CAN'T AND WON'T LET IT HAPPEN. EVER. (sana wag ako mapahiya) hahahahaha

Also me: buti na lang mga anak ko yung may dugong musician so siya siguro yung iiwasan in the future haha

been getting my beans from the grocery, decent naman siya. I store it sa freezer para madaya yung freshness haha
