不要害怕去檢驗自己的過去：用絕對誠實，絕對純潔，絕對無私，絕對仁愛，充足的靜默時間，以行動實踐之；這遠比只是想像而沒有行動的力量來得強大。這一切，也需要對自己生命的堅定且溫柔的愛來協助，在關鍵的時刻，採用關鍵的行動，克服之。願以此心得與未採取行動的朋友們共勉之。
