Edamame! I think students in our rural area would enjoy tasting steamed Edamame! Neat idea for alternative use of gardening w/soy beans.

the new Cheyenne Bottoms Visitors Center is really nice. I took 3 girls to creatures of the night for a one hour educational program.

my son is on a UN trip. Each student was to share their views on water shortages. He has a roommate from Egypt. Neat experience.

we are celebrating because son's suitcase can now zip as he leaves in the am for a United Nations Pilgrimage trip to Phil, NY, DC & Canada.
