oh yeah, it's my dad's birthday today...

got my medical results today.... I have high cholesterol which is probably the cause of my hypertension....

my back hurts....owwwchh.....

oh and walking through Buendia and Ayala while it is flooded is a bad idea...I got hit by a floating van and my hand still hurts....

Thank God the flood waters did not enter our home...it was inches from doing so...

i am sooo inactive lately...

sometimes you have to make decisions that will break your heart...
