finally figured out how to connect my mac display and audio to my tv.

sleep pattern messed up again. 
slept the whole day.. now what to do? 
survived 3nights! Now off for a week!
pre-occupied...
3night shifts starting tonight then off for a week! I can do this!
trying to postpone sleep coz of night shift.
