sigh since my tummy is so blardy farked up now, I gotta add yogurt & oatmeal to my diet daily. EVERYDAY.

it's not like I purposely forgot to eat. Even if I do eat, no proper/healthy food around also. It's just MCD & mamak -_-

had the worst gastric attack last night. Thank God grandma was around, she gv me this massage & first it was hell, after tht it disappeared.
