[encanto] Watched this movie with my spouse last night, it was a beautiful movie but gosh was literally everyone incapable of empathy?

Real talk, I just want a "recinarnated into x story" style story where the main character is capable of realizing that the fact that events HAVE changed means that they CAN change, because fml no matter what changes its "somehow I'm still doomed, I'm sure! despite all evidence to the contrary!"

I'm still not the biggest fan of epic games and am in no hurry to ever give them any money, but the fact that I have so many games from them for free that I was originally planning to purchase (like Control) is actually really cool
