Still not doing so well. I'm at extreme highs and lows today.

I just read a status on FB mourning the loss of two cavaliers due to robbery and murder. I feel sick.

I think I need to up my medication dosage )-: the littlest things kill my mood.

Super depressed right now. Just gonna go home and curl up in bed.
