前幾天我收集了一包塑膠袋給公司收垃圾的阿姨, 結果她就直接丟在大垃圾桶說: "我們這棟沒有回收...要回收要走好遠更何況也沒補貼....." 唉....... 這.........這是政府對環保宣導的不夠還是說no money no talking 呢?
