Had a strange, busy day. Woke up late for wedding fayre I was exhibiting at and been at full speed since then. Now can't wind down.

Had a fun evening despite the broken decks. Now I'm home it all feels crud again. I think I'm still a long way from shaking my depression.

T Mobile advert on Ch 4 during #cbb was good. Nice effect as more and more of the apparent commuters start dancing.

Sitting on bed with missus who was sent home frm work after nearly fainting due to low blood pressure. Caused by 8 wks of chest infection.
