Becca update: Her heart rate is improving while asleep. It's dancing in an out of tachycardia range, but I just saw it in the 80s for a bit.

Becca update: I'm finally here with her. Tomorrow is extubation. She's sedated for the evening, but still wakes up. She's a fighter!
