I am psyched for Jiu-Jitsu tonight. This is the first time I plan on making a Friday session. I have to go after missing two days this week.

Just got the Motorola Droid today. It is awesome. The funny thing is that it is faster to pull up websites than my internet at my apt.

12 minutes even for a 1.5 mile run. I think every week I am going to try to increase the distance I run by .5 miles.

7.25 for a mile run. Not to bad for being as out of shape as I am... and its my second run post knee surgery. Looks like I may be recovered!

Needs a new Ipod but will wait till we get an Ipod touch with a video camera. Yesterday's Ipod announcement was the dumbest one yet!
