Cleaning up a bit today

cracked my first over 20,000 steps for the season

finally made it to the beach. Went to the dentist first then took the streetcar to the beach and spent the day.

Happy Canada Day!

slept in until almost 10 with a couple wake ups here and there. Feeling rested

planning to write for a bit, start my soup in my crockpot then get outside to catch the pride parade. Haven't been to one in a few years

Got a huge cabbage in my food box this week so I'm going to make a plain cabbage soup with veggie stock and then throw in wontons when I reheat it.

the heat is back but not as oppressive

it's gone from disrespectfully hot to too chilly.

my food box has me over run with lettuce and I'm getting more tomorrow.
