Turkey soup FTW!!

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Not the SOUP!!!

She-tiger makes a dish called turkey divan with the leftovers.

So far I have avoided leftovers and extra calories, except for wine. I swear the 7 of us drank as many bottles - over as many hours!

it all goes into the pot except for a few sandwiches & some bits to help use up the mashed and gravy. Yum.. can hardly wait.

I hear that there's turkey pot pie in my house's future.

Soup is coming along vera nicely... smells delish... everything has fallen off the bones. Low simmer next 3 hours.
