So I went on vacation. I held a sloth and it was great. I am home. Still burnt out. My birthday was absolutely the worst. Can someone please give me a gift receipt so I can RETURN THE WORST FUCKING GIFT EVER? Electing that shit bag again on my 45th bday WAS NOT OKAY AMERICA. I have also been sick since returning home and it's not easing up. I. Quit.

if it's sinus/upper respiratory, I have been surviving on Mucinex, Sinex/Sudafed, Vicks vapor inhalers and vapo stick, and Vicks waterless vaporizer
and cough drops
It's like all in my sinuses and my throat is still very painful

I hate Halls, but Jakemans honey lemon or cherry throat/cough drops have been good. Ludens are my fav cherry throat drops

um, Celestial Seasonings make a throat cooler
I know some other tea lines have a throat soother too
but even plain mint or chamomile with honey will help
ALSO that citrus tea butterflied told me about is baller
honey is a great throat soothe.
They don't sell it anymore, but my guy just steeps mint and peach tea bags in hot lemonade and it works for me
