I mean, I don't know about you, but if you made an important change to the way your agents can recruit for certain types of appointments, I think I'd inform them of that ASAP, not MONTHS AFTER IMPLEMENTATION.
Also, maybe don't reiterate in training that it can be a life or death situation for donors that don't have certain blood types TO attempt that type of donation when in reality ANYONE CAN DO THEM.
