It's certainly not being led on for the better part of a year about the possibility of applying for a supervisor position because we just got an e-mail about applying for a supervisor position and one of the requirements is an AA or BA and IIIIIIIIII am still like 6 math classes away from that. Like. I can't even apply?

I have been a training supervisor at Borders and got the supervisor position at CaptionCall! I ran the entire crystal shop BY MYSELF for the majority of the three years I worked there because the owner was always in Brazil!

I don't understand how that makes someone else more fit for the position than me. It just means they're better at school than I was.
And I was pretty good, but math is a sticking point when one has the learning disability that I do, so like.
I don't get why that matters.

This job wouldn't even require me to do math I do not understand.
Time to revamp the resume because I am so done with this.
I no longer wish to be hung up on by a thousand people a day or even to speak to people on the phone in general.
Or to have weekly meetings to be told how I could be doing better because I simply do not care.
They are luuuuckkkyyyy I do not currently have any PTO hours because I'd hop off reet the fuck now if I could. But nope, stuck until 7.
Also, it's funny to keep hearing 'you're one of the best we have' only to get shafted in the end. Don't bother telling me that if you don't actualy value the job that I do and how good I am at doing it.
