Cool, I had 76 PTO hours banked at CaptionCall before I started using them sooooooooo 40 means absolutely nothing to me.
Had my weekly 'this is how you could be doing better' meeting and it took everything I have not to say that I don't fucking care if I get any better at what I do, I'm not actively trying to.
You could push a little harder - I could, but no is a complete sentence for me. You say no, okay, that's fine.
You could be asking for referrals - I sure could, but it's not a requirement and we already have SO MANY requirements on calls that I'm not adding something extra and risk failing my QA calls.
