I CAN'T do anything better to ensure they show up! What can I possibly do short of driving them there myself???

Secondly, when you take away my ability to take inbound calls, where I mostly schedule people who are calling in to do so, of COURSE my scheduled appts are going to drop?

I am doing the best with what I can, which is hangups, voicemails, and people yelling at me to take them off of the call list so ... ? What do you want from me?

I would honestly say that scheduling 5-6 appts in 8 hours is not that bad, but what do I know fuck me I guess.

I am not pressuring people to donate. I know that's what they want, but I refuse. No is no.
