I love being reminded of that multiple times a day when they post in chat everybody's totals for everybody to see!

I do not know how they expect anyone to GET appointments when three out of the five days of the workweek we spend most of the shift leaving voicemails!

And that's not even taking into acount being hung up on damn near every call and HOURS of calls that are all completely blank.

What could I possibly be doing to get any more appts and don't say pushing people to make them because I refuse to do that.
