I finally have full access to one software I need at work. I need more softwares. It's slow but I will get the access. It's a good thing I am making friends with IT.
It only took almost 4 weeks. Lol.
Somewhat strange to take so long.
skipz: I know. IT is slow about resolving issues. I have no idea about the workload. I called the service line and I now have a 2nd software installed. I will put in a ticket next week probably, I need manager approval.
