連假時嘗試自製棉花糖（焙茶口味）
大失敗！登愣～～

不曉得是打發不夠久，還是冷藏時降溫得不夠快，消泡了大半，成品變成很像軟糖的東西......

不過口感比較接近果膠/明膠軟糖，內餡本身沒有澱粉，是靠吉利丁（明膠）成形的
