What do you mean maintenance sometimes closes maintenance requests without actually coming by to fix anything? My STOVE isn't working because there was a LEAK they said wasn't LEAKING! It's been a week! Fix the damn thing!
Imagine if I'd actually had anything to do today or anywhere to go and I wouldn't have been able to because I've been sitting and waiting ALL DAY.
Not that I'm not annoyed enough because my time is valuable too but like.
