We'll have to do a facetime call. It uses the internets as soon as it connects, so it's only a 1 min international phone call.

I thought you could do it with email now. No phone calls.

I know you can do it that way with the iPod touch... It'd make sense to work on the iPhone also, but I dunno for sure.

I've just never tested it... I tend to only make phone calls thru my handy dandy blue tooth in my car... I'm just about never on the phone

Usually it seems like the only time I'm free to make calls is after most folk's bed times.

Did you discover if we can do it via email address? or if iPhone still has to do it be calling? Also, make sure you've actually turned on

the facetime functionality on your phone.

Still never tried FaceTime on mine. Noone I know locally has an iPhone. Lol

At our office of about 30 or so folks we have about 8 with iPhone 4's. Mainly we call each other in the same room to show it to people.

In fact, I think I have yet to actually legitimately use it since most of my calls happen while I am driving.
