has anyone ever frozen quiche? I have a bunch of eggs and ham I want to use up, and I'm trying to figure out if you would partially cook the quiche before freezing it, or cook it all the way.

I don't know if they were part or full pre-cooked
Safe to freeze, best to do it in portions for easy microwaving

they will get eaten within the month I'm sure. I have enough for three and I don't think we'd get through three in a reasonable time though, so I'll freeze one. I like the portion idea.

I'll cook them up completely and freeze slices maybe

or maybe freeze the mix (like that site says) but I want to make the crusts all at once. I guess those freeze too

if you do them tart size and cook them, then freeze them, they freeze really nicely

worked in a deli and we made them in batches and froze them

cool :-) I'll have to look for tart sized pie pans to try that next time.
Or muffin tins!
I did an scrambled egg bake a few years ago, filled them up and let people add what they wanted to them.. Perfect size for a mini quiche!
