As far as I know, you don't get notified when someone rates or reviews your item.

I haven't found a way to get notifications on rations... only on sales.

it's coming soon actually. they are currently beta testing a bunch of different MP email notifications: reviews, failed deliveries, etc.

I think email notifications are out of beta now. But you can also sort a store by ratings

ok, that's good, and sorting the store turned out to be somewhat helpful. At least I could find the ones that had only one poor rating and respond to them. I've always wondered how creators knew when they

got a bad rating and how they were able to respond to it. I guess up till now it's just been that they regularly checked.
