does anyone here have comcast for internet? I'm on live chat trying to get some questions answered, and I'm getting scripted responses that don't really answer my questions 
i do, but i don't ever use the live chat
I only used it once and I had to call in. Live chat is useless
I have it.
My experience with any live chat is that at the end of 20 minutes, they tell you they can't help you and you should call. :/
