I wanted to model a simple low prim couch. Something that would look ok in photos, not disappear as soon as you cammed out. No physics on it because it's for looks. 2LI.

it's the same LOD at medium and low. I think it came out ok. I'm going to say again though, I'm so shocked at how much fiddly little work everything is. If you could cam in, those center lines, the uvs

there got all all stretched and I missed it when I was cleaning up things. And I wish I knew how to light things better. That's baked shadows (not windlight) but it's not great.

Are there any good tutorials about lighting for baking in blender for SL objects?

phew - not that i know of any - it is basically trial and error i guess. i can tell you what I do tho...

i set up a lamp and do not use black as shadow but a mid-dark grey. then i activate ambient lighting also that the shadow parts do not disappear in black

the compression on the photos makes the shadows worse lol
