You can make poses in blender and it's actually not very hard. I can help point you in the right direction.

I've used the timline for particles and cloth, I assume you can set key frames with the avastar mesh, I just need to hunt down some tutorials I guess. Was gonna be lazy and use avastar because I know how it

works already
