Was a new recipe. Turned out yummy
that looks good. Is the recipe posted somewhere?
I modified a recipe I found online. I used 1 cup of dry red lentils, 1 cup of breadcrumbs, one onion, one carrot, one zucchini, one egg, 4 tablespoons of nutritional yeast, 50g parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves, mixed herbs, salt and pepper. I cooked the lentils till just cooked in water. Let them cool. Grate the carrot and zucchini and finely dice the onion. Mix it all up and make patties
Then fry them off. I dry fried them with no oil in a non stick pan. I made 24 little Patties. They are 45 calories each
I think next time I'll reduce the parmesan. They are yummy but I feel they will be just as good with less.
