I asked for an employer testimonial in May...it's now end-August and still nothing ): I reminded my superior in early July and they said they were looking for their own testimonial which they would use as a ref and then nothing
and my direct boss wouldn't write me a testimonial either because she thinks her position isn't high enough/it's the HR's job etc
and the HR says it's not THEIR job
I feel like I should have written it on my own when I was suggested to do so. I need it by end-Oct to apply for my professional qualification and all I'm missing is this testimonial??
I'm very upset and disappointed
Can you write one of your own and have someone sign? (The person who says they‘re waiting on theirs). I usually let employees do that when they need one since they can list in detail what they‘re doing etc
