Its absolutely gorgeous. The rent is going up some, but not even enough to break the bank. Its not even going up a hundred dollars. So we are good. Disability is going to give me the first months rent and deposit so things are good

Yes which makes me so happy because I legit had anxiety attacks about leaving any of the people here now out of the new house. Because we have all become a family.

Welp, that fell through. Too many low or no credit history people in the house. Out of all ten of us they only wanted to keep 3 on the lease and expected just those three people to make almost 5500 a month.

But me and one of the besties is going tomorrow morning to look in her dad's neighborhood because he said there are quite a few for rent by owners there. Only 3 bedrooms though. We've decided to split up the house.

Which breaks my heart, but we aren't going to be able to manage anything else. Her dad is a Memphis cop and has decided to go on the lease with us regardless of where we go just to help us figure things out.

Plus, for rent by owner houses? No credit checks, no background checks (not that it would matter since none of us have any kind of criminal backgrounds), and no income cap like with so many other places.
