every day I hate my job more and more but things haven't reached the tipping point just yet

my boss is relatively new and she jokes a lot about leaving before she gets too tied down. But my feeling is if she really does leave, then I'm probably not gonna stay long either

Yanno I'm generally not happy with my life and my person but at the same time I just think nothing i do will change anything and so I'm stuck in this deadlock

That really sucks, I wish you had some way to get to a better work place. Is it the same work place you‘ve been all these years?

Yeah. When things are good, it's not too bad but when stuff goes wrong, everything turns into shit. It's nuts

Also our company split into two last year, i got transferred to another dept and the people here are kinda aggressive which really tires me out ;;
