I think I can pick up new roles reasonably fast, it's just having to get used to new routines and HAVING TO BE SOCIAL that scares the pants off me

plus the current pay is really good, sigh

I feel like this company craps all over its accounts staff? Like firstly, people will just straight up hound you for stuff even when you're busy because "the customer needs their goods right RIGHT NOW THIS INSTANT"

and secondly, this company keeps screwing us over with its piss poor systems and insane deadlines

our team is only five people. Three of us are still new (joined a year ago or less) and 1 of us is leaving at the end of this year...

and just the five of us are supposed to serve the whims of an aggressive and demanding and often unreasonable business and sales team while juggling the stuff we already have to do
