societal division and inequality is never an easy topic to tackle in fiction and how it is handled can't please everyone - but I think I quite enjoyed Eulmore having to wake up from its pleasant dreams, and pressing on ahead with fighting reality head on even though it's going to be a painful journey

that was just...super brilliant
honestly the story writing is superb. And it wouldn't have worked on its own - it built on what the base game and expacs had before it and brought the main Ascian storyline to its end that is equal parts heartbreaking and also satisfying

The best thing about him being a Trust is that he starts at 80 so you don’t have to level him and apparently his AI is good and actually Holyspams as a healer and Aoes as a dps . G’RAHA TIA BEST BOY

Thinking about how the Amaurotines and Convocation said that the 14th member defected - but when we learn that the 14th did not really sit in Amaurot and instead went out into the world, I strongly feel that they set out to find another way to save their star that didn't involve sacrificing half their people
...could we say that the Zodiark/Hydaelyn stuff came up because the shepherd was not there to guide the stars? But it could just be as Elidibus had said - the two factions justvcouldn't agree on what was the best way to save their planet. Maybe the shepherd being there might not have made any difference

personal WoL brainwaves; I pretty much used an OC's name for my WoL and their personalities (OC vs WoL) couldn't be more different lolol. But in light of 5.3 and seeing how the Echo manifests in different people (mainly either hearing Hydaelyn's voice or the feeling that you've lost something important, among other things), I started thinking
that perhaps my WoL started adventuring in search of something too
the concept of sundering is similar enough to my own concept of 'shards' for my OCverse that I was surprised enough haha - OCHikari would rather sit in Amaurot than travel, but OCTatsu would definitely take up the mantle of traveler and Azem
