Seems more people use "?!" but I use "!?" out of habit and pure spite because of the one time I was paired with a writing 'mentor' 10 years younger than me lol and she edited all my "!?"s into "?!"s
She also point blank told me that she had nothing good to say about my writing so there's that, the start of my spite
So now and forever it's always going to be !? from me
