I love the long sword - the counters are sooo cool - but I suck so much at dodging lol I was having a pretty hard time. So I decided to just pick up lance

I'd like to pick the long sword back up eventually and try out all the other weapons. Insect Glaive and Hunting Horn look super fun

Gunlance as well.. I might also pick up gunlance for MHWorld

I just got to HR7.. I play so slow lol. It's 'just' hunting monsters but it's fun

I'm stuck at Narwa... HR8 so close yet so far x_x

now I can take a break from Rise and maybe hop over to World for a bit!?? I want to try Gunlance but learning a new weapon in monhun means Youtube videos that are 20-30 minutes long and Google Docs and sheets...

MHW gives me western ARPG vibes and of course there's no way you could compare a Switch game's graphics to a PC game's graphics. I think generally I prefer Rise's in-and-out format though. With World, it feels like a game you should sit down and take your time with

the way the monsters are rendered in World, it makes me feel like I'm walking amongst dinosaurs
