So the close friend and I ( see previous plurk) may be moving closer together. We have discussed the impact of the while working together thing and think it can work.

Seriously loving this TENS machine. Been at work for 3 hours and as long as it is running then the pain is barely there

Was given a TENS machine by my physio. It is awesome for pain relief. Doesn't completely get rid of the shoulder pain but it's drastically reduced

My weight loss surgery is officially counted as a success now as I've lost 60% of my excess weight. I still have more I intend to lose but it's another milestone!

I no longer need medication for reflux!!!! I am now off ALL prescription medication
