I thought I would live to dee today. but I'm alive somewhat. miserable 50% if the time. running on auto pilot the other 50%. it's the misery that is so exhausting.

Lord I am so tired if this rate race. I just want to live without worrying about annual reviews, salary increments, and/or promotions.

I thought about it again today. Letting go of this pain and being able to not feel this horrible seems like such a wonderful idea.

Almost 10 hours later and I'm still not ... okay.

I'd be horrible in a relationship because after work I honestly dgaf. and I just want to shower, eat cooking while showering and then sleep.

some days are harder than others. And it's trying to come up with a list of reasons to keep going as opposed to trying to just give in and let nature take its course.

Honestly think it's time I go and get help. My self-diagnosed anxiety and depression is messing me up so bad today.
