I have a particularly bland coffee that's a tad too earthy and monotonous. I thought it could use a bit of acidity to liven it up and I thought of calamansi but decided to put the tiniest pinch of citric acid in it. That did the trick.
Napansin ko, I haven't seen señorita bananas for years now. I can't even remember the last time I've seen them in stores. I hope they haven't gone extinct.
