Spun for 1hour and my arm hurts now. Never has before when I spun even longer than that...can I blame that on allergies ? cuz it surely can't be age related :-)

resting....just home from a fabulous Christmas Party with my local knitting group. Ate too much yummy food and need a nap :-)
