My dear played badminton (1hr )and ran 3km(20 mins). He also did sit up (5sets). Yesterday was his 3rd healthy day ~ add oil dear~:-)

跑步,keep住跑30分鐘以上,一星期最少5日,仲要食左晚飯3個鐘後先好跑,因為做完運動你會好吸受,跑完再食嘢效果無咁好。跑完再做3組situp, 每組12下。2,3個月後就見效果!
